Responsibilites

▪ Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements through consultative questioning and needs analysis
▪ Analyze competition continuously and use that information to sharpen our value propositions and selling approach.
▪ Raising value proposition awareness through site trials, on-site demos, marketing conferences & exhibitions.
▪ Support sales in selling value propositions to agricultural or egg processing companies. Negotiate the terms of an agreement, and support in closing the sale.
• Working in tandem with local Account managers to ensure a seamless collaboration
• Support sales with prospecting in order to create a robust pipeline to achieve/exceed quota on a consistent basis.
• Maintain and nurture key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies.
▪ Feed future market and buying trends back to your liaisons in Marketing and Sales management.
▪ Approximately 2-3 days travelling per week in the territory.

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor / Master degree in direction or towards IT / business administration/ Technology.
▪ At least 5+ year’s proven experience in a Business Development or marketing position ideally gained with the Agricultural market.
▪ Confident and able to deal with customers at any level, and to demonstrate/present the value of products to a diverse, target audience and how they may make a difference to their stores.
▪ Excellent relationship building skills – able to converse with multiple people at all levels.

▪ Willing and able to travel to client sites on a weekly basis, as well as some International travel, when required.
▪ Self-motivated – able to work autonomously and manage your day/workload effectively.
▪ Fluent in English and Mandarin – written, reading and spoken. Cantonese language would be desirable.
▪ Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a general understanding of a CRM system.
▪ Ability to work well in teams as well as independently.
▪ Ability to multi-task, adhere to timelines, and perform under pressure.
▪ Self-starter, outgoing, personable, responsible, self-motivated, and confident.
