Responsibilites

 Responsible for all financial reporting for a combined group of Chinese companies providing equipment along with installation to Chinese pig farmers.
 Responsible for negotiating local vat tax regime as new slat manufacturing plants are located, setting up plant accounting functions, maintaining cash flow via managing accounts receivable, contract payment terms and billing protocols.
 Works with sales force on customer bids to validate costs and tax provisions. Oversees plant cost accounting and project cost accounting.
 Provides a quarterly reporting package to US parent.
 Develop and maintain a strong framework of financial processes and internal controls that comply with corporate guidelines.
 Responsible for all internal financial reporting requirements that are met and provided in a timely manner. Communicates effectively as an official spokesperson for the function internally and externally. Provide leadership and direction related to fiduciary duties performed at the finance and admin department.
 Ensure proper HR functions: Talent Planning, Annual KPI and Incentive policy as well as the statutory requirements for Pension and Housing.
 Work with project coordinator, purchasing and installation supervisor to secure supply and shipment.
 Develop and improve internal working process to meet business requirements with timely reports and good risk controls.
 Set up, organize, secure, and maintain all office/business files including contracts/agreements (customer & vendor), tax, fixed assets, and necessary employee files.
 Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts like auditors, bankers, insurance company and other statutory organizations.
 Responsible for business planning, budgeting, and optimizing cost for production,inventory and work force, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
 Be effective and active member of the China leadership team. Proactively participate, lead, support commercial initiatives and projects. Serve as an effective partner across all functions and assume responsibility /accountability for coordinating the manpower and other resources within the organization to achieve business and project plan targets.

Qualifications

 Bachelor & above in Finance or accounting with previous manufacturing or equipment background is preferred.”
 10+ years finance working experience in multinational companies
 Be proficient in written and spoken English
 Knowledge of Microsoft AX would be a plus.
 Experienced in accounting for a manufacturing business ideally with multiple sites.
 Experienced to report to USA.
 “Knowledge and understanding of the changes in accounting practice, Tax Law (including income tax, sales tax, excise duty, customs duties, service tax and a host of other taxes as applicable), Human Resources practices, laws and regulations. Knowledge of both China GAAP and US GAAP.
 “Proven track record of managing a team of about 10 people.
 “CPA,AICPA, ACCA or other relevant certificate is required ;
 “Professional Ethics, high responsibility, excellent leadership and communication skills, creative problem solving and dispute management skills, open minded, honest with hands-on attitude.
