Responsibilites
Being the key resource and drive to implement key commercial strategy and plan
within China:
Sales capability mapping and classification, and identification of training needs.
Sales handbook development and training, through direct training to key managers
and TTT (Train The Trainer), to 200+ sales forces.
Assist general manager and commercial directors to implement Key Account
Management process.
Assist general manager and commercial directors to implement and enhance
distribution management process.
Together with global and regional team, to establish, develop and train commercial
related tools, including but not limited to Microsoft CRM, local commercial application,
etc.
Act as champion of maintaining and continuously improving sales techniques.
Develop and improve sales and commercial related performance indexes, to bring on
time transparent information of sales progress, sales performance, as well as areas
to focus/improve.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s level academic degree in Economics, Business Administration,
Marketing or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial excellence or similar roles, including
but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations.
Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills, both in Mandarin as
well as in English
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Ability to develop and conduct an effective gap analysis to identify critical gaps in
organization performance
Ability to work with a high degree of independence yet being a team player who fosters
teamwork, leverages and orchestrates other functions with adequate sense of urgency
to deliver full value to customers, and shares insights with colleagues
Solid knowledge and understanding on how marketing & sales influences financial
business results
Experiences with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and PowerBI is a big plus
Demonstrated skills in working in and with cross-functional and multi-national teams
and successfully implementing new processes/systems/change projects throughout
complex organizations with multi-stakeholders
Ability to travel
Hands-on, results oriented, Being able to think and act out of box
