Required operational skills:
 Organise and lead staff
 Organise daily/weekly business operation
 Guard and supervise biosecurity
 Planning research trails and training
 Advise and input on research trails and training
 Interact with external visitors and instructors
 Interact with suppliers and business partners
 Supervise visitors accommodation
 Accountability for operation

Qualifications

Experience/track record in running pig farm (sows)
 Able to perform excellent technical performance (> 30 piglets/sow/year)
 Farm operation/management in European way
 European work mentality
 Long term commitment
