▪ Identify customer issues in the defined customer and species segments where the product
can be applied
▪ Identify the requisite value proposition of the customer issues including quantitative KPI’s
and definition of the NBA (Next Best Alternative)
▪ Develop product related program tools (other products, services) including value
proposition of program and product
▪ Identify the gaps to the requisite value proposition for the identified customer segments
and develop the Validation Trial Plan in close collaboration with the sales organization,
respective Regional Technical Manager and the Global Trial Validation Manager
▪ Develop the local Go To Market Strategy for the product and accompanying program in
close collaboration with Marketing Communication and the respective Regional Technical
▪ Identify together with the Regional Director the main markets for the product and
accompanying program aligning sales strategies (based on the local Go to Market Strategy)
with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share, and profit margins
▪ Accompany and support the product and accompanying program during the life cycle
including participation in customer visits, conferences and industry events
▪ Being responsible for identification and conducting further development of the product and
accompanying program
▪ Being responsible for all technical paperwork and all documents in registration processes
that are necessary to meet regulatory requirements
▪ Report and assist in resolving any product complaints


▪ Fluently communicate in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing

▪ At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science or other related disciplines;
▪ At least three years relevant commercial experience in management of products or in a
technical sales position, preferably with a focus on antibiotic reduction, mycotoxin risk
management and/or young animal nutrition products and programs for pigs and poultry
▪ Experience with a multinational company selling value added functional feed ingredients is
an advantage
▪ Confidence to communicate effectively and develop relationships, critical to success
▪ Knowledge of registration of feed additive products in China is preferred
▪ Willingness to travel regularly domestically with limited international travel
▪ Good experience as cross-functional project team member
▪ Good experience with MS Office
▪ Basic experience with ERP and CRM software
