Help identify and lead interactions with assigned customer groups to capture sales opportunities.
Participate in problem solving to ensure customers receive quality service.
Develop plans and strategies for customer retention and growth with minimal guidance to help customers achieve growth.
Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends.
You will work with minimal supervision and work independently on complex issues, recommending only the most complex issues to higher level of employees.
Other responsibilities assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in animal nutrition and other related majors
At least four years of sales experience in the ruminant industry
Medium and large pasture resources are preferred
Good communication skills both inside and outside the team
