 Help identify and lead interactions with assigned customer groups to capture sales opportunities.

 Participate in problem solving to ensure customers receive quality service.

 Develop plans and strategies for customer retention and growth with minimal guidance to help customers achieve growth.

 Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends.

 You will work with minimal supervision and work independently on complex issues, recommending only the most complex issues to higher level of employees.

 Other responsibilities assigned by leadership


 Bachelor degree or above, major in animal nutrition and other related majors

 At least four years of sales experience in the ruminant industry

 Medium and large pasture resources are preferred

 Good communication skills both inside and outside the team
