Responsibilites
• Strategic planning and development of feed additive sales in line with company’s business plan and Sales Director’s instruction
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and identify competitive advantages to build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the feed additive segment
• Actively develop new customers and introduce new products to existing customers
• Achieve annual financial targets set by company
• Responsible for all sales activities in assigned regions
• Work closely with other departments and colleagues to gain supports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines (Animal Nutrition and Feed Technology, Animal Science, etc.)
• Over 5 years’ experience in sales and business development in Feed Additive related industry
• In-depth knowledge of Feed Additive industry including products, technologies, customers and competitions
• Good customer base to start with would be desirable
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Key account management skills
• Business acumen, Ability to close the deal
• High integrity, Result-driven, Motivated in developing new customers
