Responsibilites

 Drive an effective Demand Planning process for the country in close coordination with
Sales, manufacturing and procurement teams to support growth plans well
 Plan for sourcing of Global Products; comply with the calendar time lines for supplying
forecasting information to global teams.
 Learn the usage of Demand Planning Tool / Supply Planning Tool and ensure effective
deployment of the tools to run IBP process well
 Learn the Tenders business well and support forecasting process well
 Efficiently manage the warehousing and logistics operations in the country
 Lead development of Warehousing and Logistics strategies to drive better service
levels
 Manage the RM/FP warehouses within plant and external to the plant well. Be
custodian of stocks and ensure best practices in warehousing processes.
 Lead the logistics contracting for reliable partners and for cost optimization to dliver
committed service levels
 Evaluate and adapt latest / emerging technologies to make the order servicing more
efficient and enabling supply networks to penetrate deep into all nooks & corners of
the country
 Responsible for importing global products (finished products). Should be capable to
manage all processes end to end for both importing of products, as well as exporting
local production to countries in the BU or even cross-BU.
 Liaise with Regulatory teams to facilitate documentation.
 Responsible for collaborating with other Business functions to develop and
continuously improve the overall supply chain effectiveness.
 Procurement function for a well-coordinated effort on RM/PM planning.
 Sales teams & sales leaders to forecast sales well – plan for seasonality in demand
 Production teams – for scheduling, sequencing production and factor in any
manufacturing challenges from time to time
 Finance teams to deliver a sharp and reliable rolling forecasts
 Implement corporate safety standards in handling of trucks, material handling
equipment at plants.
 Enforce strict safety controls on forklift truck operations at plant and warehouses.
 Ensure reporting of all incidents and participate in corrective actions
 Support training to all SC associates in HSE matters.
 Work to implement 5S standards and good housekeeping in the warehouses

Qualifications

 Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related area;
 At least 8 years working and management experience in Supply Chain. Hands on
experience with IBP processes is a must.
 Knowledge of Importation Procedures is highly desirable
 Ideally should possess Customer Service Experience.
 Idealy from Animal Feeds, Chemical, Food & Beverage, FMCG  Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related area;
 At least 8 years working and management experience in Supply Chain. Hands on
experience with IBP processes is a must.
 Knowledge of Importation Procedures is highly desirable
 Ideally should possess Customer Service Experience.
 Idealy from Animal Feeds, Chemical, Food & Beverage, FMCG
