Responsibilites
1.Work scope: Thailand
2.Target-based responsibility: Ownership of budget and business targets of guangzhou feed additives of the market. Be responsible for engaging in business plans and activities to meet and surpass the targets.
3.Update activities – visit reports (within 3 working days)
4.Update monthly reports (within 5 working days)
5.Marketing intelligence update reflecting
6.Introduction of full range of feed additives products and services. Commercial trials, application of products and services in the field and local market that shall lead to value generation, performance improvement and sustainability.
7.Train and upgrade the product knowledge skill sets of the distributor sales team.
8.Conduct promotional activities including trials, visits and seminars.
9.Develop and monitor market intelligence of industry, industry players and competitors.
10.Help contribute product development, optimal and innovation in application in the local market.
11.Distributor Management and Key Account Management
Qualifications
1.Experienced and well connected in the Thailand agri-husbandry and feed industry.
2.Distribution management and network development.
3.Account management of big feed groups (local and regional) and integrators
4.Demonstrates capability and stronger eagerness in the marketing of specialties – feed flavours, sweeteners, acidifiers, mold inhibitors, anti-oxidants and future new functional products. Involve intensive local application and development of products and innovative nutritional programs.
5.Home-office.
6.Overseas commercial staff, reports to the Feed Additives Overseas Director
