Responsibilites

 Overall P&L responsibility of ranges of specialty mineral raw materials and additives inAPAC region
In close cooperation with Regional Director, define and implement the developmentstrategy of Performance and Evolution ranges in the region
Manage the regional team of Techno Commercial Managers (TCM), centralize andcoordinate their actions:
Define commercial objectives
Follow-up products trials and clients visits
Coordinate technical trainings
Collaborate with Global Marketing and Technical teams on industry trends, challengesand opportunities to expand our brand portfolio
Lead development of our Client’s specialty products positioning and recognition inAPAC region
Manage regional Marketing and Communication actions

Qualifications

Advance degree in agriculture science (MSc., Engineer, Ph.D or DVM preferred). A focus in Monogastric or Aqua is preferred, with 5 to 10 years of experience in the livestockand/or aqua industry
Strong knowledge in animal nutrition
Team leader, with history of success in managing a team of TCMs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Entrepreneurial and creative mindset who can generate constructive ideas
You speak, write and read fluently English. Chinese will be an advantage.
