AARTD is a specialized executive search firm that concentrates on proactively sourcing middle and senior management and executives across Asia in the Agribusiness supply chain.

We have offices in Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City and now Bangkok. We travel extensively across Asia to meet clients and candidates face-to-face and be “on the ground” at important industry events.

AARTD’s executive search consultants all live and work in Asia. All our consultants understand agribusiness, because they work in an agriculture environment and this is helpful and saves a lot of time and energy, having to explain what are sometimes complex roles.

We understand that training and personal development is important to both the person and the company and plays an important role in the staff retention mix. Through our partnership with David Faulkner and Associates we offer a wide range of commercially oriented training courses that have been designed especially for the agribusiness sector to be delivered in Asia.
We offer a range of workshops, personal training and mentoring that are industry or we can specifically design courses that are delivered privately to your company tailor made to meet your needs.
Through our extensive network of industry partners, we are also able to offer production training along the animal protein supply chain (pork, poultry, dairy and aquaculture). Our skilled partners, who are industry veterans are able to assess productivity levels through industry benchmarking and identify where training can assist the business to return to performance to comparable industry standards.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: AARTD has developed and delivered a wide range of commercial training and development programmes, each tailored specifically to meet the objectives of its clients.

The development process for a training programme is as follows:
Initial meeting – establish needs of the client and priorities
AARTD send a proposal with a proposed format
AARTD conducts in-field visits to develop customised training material for the client
Final training programme presented to the client for approval
AARTD conducts training. All training programmes are customised, focused on the nature of the client’s business and includes real-to life case studies and practical sessions, all recorded on video for individual reference.
