Responsibilites
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in East India within poultry and pig segments.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide technical advice and deliver customized solutions aligned with customer needs and market requirements.
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, exhibitions, and industry events.
Lead customer meetings and negotiations to secure contracts and drive sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or technical sales within agriculture, livestock, or related industries.
Strong technical understanding, preferably in farm or climate solutions.
Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and local Indian languages.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).
