Responsibilites

 Mapping out the Company China marketing plan of Ruminant & Pet that supports and extends sales initiatives, both short and long-term, also linked to Company vision of POP
 Budget management in line with marketing plans.
 Create strong brand awareness for Company in China market of Ruminant & Pet.
 Manage projects and events with excellent performance, maximizing the outcome.
 Work closely with our dedicated China teams, providing them with marketing support, specifically with key accounts.
 Use upstream and downstream dynamics to liaise with customers and sales team.
 Provide customer analysis and insights to support Company China as it helps clients to achieve their goals.
 Manage customer engagement and relationships
 Carry out market research and segmentation in line with the strategic and commercial goals of Company China.
 Work with China leadership on product management, including product entering, positioning, launching, promotion, etc.
 Work with the regional and global team to support the regional and global project.
 Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
 Provide internal communication for the marketing and sales team, including updates on marketing programs and news.
 Develop partnerships for Company China to achieve its strategy goals.
 Develop and optimize usage of the internal and external resource, globally and locally for Company China’s business development.
 Support sustainability project with ECO2 to create more sales opportunities
 Other work tasks assign by Asia Regional Marketing Director

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, agriculture or a related field, animal nutritional, animal science or ESG background is more preferred.
 3-5 years relevant experience in the (country) animal nutrition industry
 Well understanding of (country)’s animal nutritional industry and key players
 A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and move projects forward.
 Creativity and an innovative approach to business development, B2B marketing and farmers distribution.
 Passionate about communications – both internally and externally.
 An ability to understand, research and present industry trends.
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong attention to detail.
 An interest and ability to travel.
 Enjoys direct customer interaction with good interpersonal skills.
 Strong force of proposition.
 Excellent event and project management skills and ability
 Strong brand awareness
 Strong team player.
