Strategic Planning and Implementation
 Develop and execute the company’s strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
 Continuously optimize the business model to expand domestic and international markets and enhance brand recognition.
Business Operations and Management
 Take responsibility for the company’s daily operations, including sales, research and development, and financial management.
 Oversee and improve product quality and technical support to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Team Leadership and Corporate Culture
 Responsibility for the sales- and Key-Account management team
 Build and manage an efficient, cross-departmental team; foster professional development among employees.
 Create a positive corporate culture to strengthen team cohesion and work efficiency.
Market Development and Customer Relations with the industry and selected key accounts
 Analyse industry trends and policy changes; develop market expansion plans.
 Maintain existing customer relationships and explore new business opportunities to increase market share.
Financial and Risk Management
 Ensure the achievement of profitability goals through cost control and optimal resource utilization.
 Identify business risks and develop measures to mitigate them, ensuring compliant and stable business operations.
External Relations and Industry Engagement
 Represent the company at industry trade fairs, conferences, and governmental events to enhance the company’s visibility.
 Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other relevant institutions.

 

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or higher in agriculture, biochemistry, animal nutrition, or a related field; MBA or management degree preferred.
 At least 10 years of experience in the feed or additives industry, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior management or equivalent leadership role.
 Familiarity with Chinese agricultural, feed, and environmental policies and market environment.
 Excellent strategic planning, business insight, and decision-making capabilities.
 Proven track record in team management with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills, adept at interacting with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
 Proficiency in both Chinese and English,
 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
 Being part of the global Regional Manager Team, representing China as a key region
