Responsibilites
1. 负责产品的区域拓展、客户发展、区域运营的策划制定及执行;
Responsible for the planning, formulation and implementation of product regional expansion, customer development and regional operation.
2. 制定并实施所负责大区的销售方案,完成销售计划及回款任务,与客户建立良好关系,及时反馈客户信息,满足客户需求,提高客户满意度;
The sales plan of the responsible region, and complete the sales plan and payment collection task. Establish good relationships with customers, timely feedback customer information, meet customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
3. 及时处理负责区域内客户所发生的产品咨询、业务对接、产品投诉等业务相关问题;
Timely handle the business-related problems such as product consultation, business docking and product complaints of customers in the region;
4. 协助区域经销商为现有及潜在的业务客户制定合理的市场推广计划;
Assist regional dealers to formulate reasonable marketing plans for existing and potential business customers
5. 建立完整的地区经销商网络,协助区域经销商完成区域客户拓展、销售维护、跟进区域 内空白市场开发,整合资源实现公司销售总目标.
Establish a complete regional dealer network, assist regional dealers to complete regional customer development, sales maintenance, follow-up development of blank markets in the region, and integrate resources to achieve the company’s overall sales target.
6. 记录并完善客户基础档案和销售档案工作;稳定区域内产品销售规范,做到不乱价、不串货,积极维护公司品牌形象.
Record and improve the customer base file and sales file work; Stable product sales specifications in the region, so as not to arbitrarily price, not to cross the goods, and actively maintain the company’s brand image
7. 为区域经销商团队和集团客户做好相应产品培训和答疑;
Provide corresponding product training and Q & A for regional dealer team and group customers.
8. 与公司内部相关部门沟通、协调处理本区域与销售相关的工作;
Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments within the company to deal with sales related work in the region.
9. 协助销售支持部门制定安全库存线并对本区域的销售做出合理预测;
Assist sales Support Department to develop safety inventory line and make reasonable forecast for sales in the region.
10. 支持市场部门组织的活动,及时反馈市场信息;
Support the activities organized by the marketing sector and provide timely feedback on market information.
11. 完成公司指定的其它工作。
Complete other work assigned by the company.
Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. 动物科学系、动物医学系、经贸管理学系优先
Department of Animal Science, Department of Animal Medicine, Department of Economics and Management is preferred.
3. 熟悉中国畜牧行业市场,3-5 年猪场或牛场工作经验,5 年以上管理或销售市场经验
Familiar with Chinese animal husbandry market, 3-5 years working experience in pig farm or cattle farm, more than 5 years experience in management or sales market.
4. 良好的英语和普通话沟通能力(读,写,说),良好的演讲、与目标客户沟通和建立良好关系的能力,熟悉中国和欧洲的企业经营方式和理念 Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking), good speech, ability to communicate with target customers and establish good relations, and familiar with business methods and concepts in China and Europe.
5. 拥有兽医从业资格
Qualified as a veterinary practitioner.
