Responsibilites
Manage and grow partnerships with 20 key pig and poultry companies across Asia.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and business terms in line with company strategies.
Provide market insights and regular business updates to the Asia Regional Manager.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution with internal support teams.
Participate in sales and customer service-related projects as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Knowledge of livestock equipment and production is ideal but not essential.
Proven ability to manage high-level relationships with major pig and poultry producers in Asia
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or key account management within livestock, feed, or animal nutrition industries.
Fluent in English, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Asia.
