Responsibilites

 In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our animal nutrition products.
 Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote Our Client’s products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive effective marketing strategies. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with feed mills, distributors, and trading companies.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
 Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
 Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and trade shows.
 Plan and execute promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, webinars, and customer events.
 Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners to drive brand advocacy and increase market share.
 Collaborate with the global marketing team to leverage best practices, share insights, and align marketing strategies across regions.
 Manage a network of agencies and external partners to help bring our vision to life.
 Drive sustainable sales growth and enhance customer retention through data-driven marketing initiatives and targeted customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
 Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in marketing management, preferably in the animal nutrition industry.
 Strong understanding of the animal and food production market, including customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
 Solid knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing and social media strategies.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
 Ability to work with different time zones.
Skills and Competencies
 Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
 Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Travel
 Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
 Must possess a valid passport.
 Ability to travel to designated countries in Europe, Asia and the US
