Responsibilites

Market Development and Sales
 Be responsible for the development of designated international regional markets and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management
 Maintain and deepen relationships with existing overseas customers, proactively develop new customers, and build a stable customer network.
Market Insight
 Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global feed industry trends, competitor dynamics and customer demands, and provide decision support for the company’s product strategy and market positioning.
Business Negotiation
 Conduct international business negotiations, contract signing and order follow-up management independently or with the support of the team.
Cross-departmental Collaboration
 Collaborate closely with the domestic production, R&D and logistics teams to ensure the efficient fulfilment of product supply and customer demands.
Brand Promotion
 Represent the company to participate in international industry exhibitions and technical seminars, and enhance the company’s brand awareness in the international market..

Qualifications

Industry Experience
 More than 5 years of export experience in the feed industry, with a good understanding of feed premixes, feed additives and other related products.
Customer Resources
 Possess stable overseas customer resources or an established industry network, and be able to bring rapid business growth to the company.
Language Proficiency
 Fluent in oral English and proficient in written English.
Business Travel Requirements
 Be able to adapt to frequent domestic business trips to the company’s factories (e.g., plant visits, training sessions) and international business trips (e.g., customer visits, exhibition participation).

Desired Qualities of the Ideal Candidate (Preferred Qualifications)
Educational Background
 Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, International Trade or other related majors.
Market Experience
 Have experience in independently and successfully developing overseas customers.
Personal Competencies
 Possess excellent self-learning ability, acute market insight, strong pressure resistance and outstanding problem-solving skills. With a strong results-oriented mindset and good team spirit.
