Responsibilites
◼ Manage and enhance the digital nutrition product portfolio, focusing on formulation, animal modeling, and sustainability.
◼ Develop and execute digital product strategies and annual brand plans, coordinating with sales, technical, and cross-functional teams.
◼ Lead digital communication and brand awareness initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, intranet, and commercial presentations.
◼ Plan and implement new product launches, from roadmap planning to internal training and performance tracking.
◼ Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align product development and market strategies.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Animal Nutrition, or a related field
▪ 3–5 years of experience in B2B product management, marketing, or digital communications
▪ Solid understanding of animal nutrition and product management principles
▪ Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
▪ Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI, Adobe)
▪ Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
