Responsibilites
1. Protein Analysis Method Development: Design, develop, and optimize methods for protein characterization and quality analysis, including but not limited to antibody mass spectrometry analysis, antibody structural analysis, and antibody drugability analysis.
2. Method Validation and Transfer: Responsible for the validation of analytical methods and the technical transfer and implementation of processes.
3. Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges encountered during protein analysis and propose effective technical solutions.
4. Project Support: Provide analytical support for internal R&D, process development, and production within the company to ensure accurate and reliable data.
5. Document Management and Reporting: Drafting experimental protocols, experimental reports, validation reports, standard operating procedures, etc.
6. Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Guide the daily work of junior scientists or technicians and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
1. Educational background: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, and Food Environment related fields; Or a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Technical ability: Familiar with protein analysis techniques, including but not limited to HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS/MS, capillary electrophoresis, CD, DSC, etc. Experience in developing analytical methods is preferred;
3. Industry experience: Candidates with experience in the development of biopharmaceuticals, antibody drugs, or protein drugs are preferred.
4. Data analysis ability: Possess strong data processing and analysis skills, proficient in using commonly used instrument analysis software;
5. Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to clearly express complex technical problems and solutions.
6. Teamwork: Possess good teamwork spirit and be able to collaborate efficiently in multidisciplinary teams.
