Responsibilites

The Regional Project Manager will work with Regional Sales leadership to expand markets, grow revenue, and increase market share. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Market Development
 Source, identify and procure new opportunities for our Client’s Sales Team.
 Partner with VP of Operations to develop strategic market plans to increase revenue with existing customers and potential customers in Southeast Asia and Oceania
 Tailor our Client’s strategies to specific market demands, trends, and requirements.
 Assess, monitor and identify regional risk. Proactively develop mitigation plans and communicate to leadership accordingly.
 Engage with cross functional organizations in the Munters family to grow market share and increase sales.
 Ensure customer satisfaction with implementation, support, and assistance throughout the customer journey with our Client.
Leadership and Team Development
 Lead and manage regional project and operations teams to ensure execution against our Client’s strategies, policies, and procedures.
 Motivate and encourage a team of diverse Team Leaders, Project Managers and Software Consultants to successfully implement software and achieve company goals.
 Cultivate a culture of leadership and growth with the people and teams in the region.
 Remotely meet with Senior management/executive teams to provide real-time feedback on team performance and project status.
 Govern communication and cooperation between customers, vendors, suppliers, and project team members associated with the execution of company strategies and project implementations.
 Coordinate and facilitate communication between our Client’s different departments to increase efficiencies and avoid misunderstandings.
 Identify, communicate, and solve project and operational related risks and challenges.
Project & Operational Execution
 Accountable for all regional operational and project related results.
 Build resource allocation plans, budgets, and timelines consistent with our Client’s financial and strategic goals.
 Execute revenue plans to realize net sales targets.
 Develop, plan, and track enterprise project activities, milestones, and initiatives with Team Leaders.
 Develop risk management plans and mitigating measures to ensure project deliverables. Proactively identify potential risk or issues within the region; ensure our Client’s leadership is engaged to assist with relief plans.
 Provide our Client Senior Management with clear, concise, and accurate data and views into the status and timeline of every project.
 Project short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
 Partner with our Client’s Management and Finance teams to project short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
Customer Experience
 Coach and lead a team to provide excellent customer service through effective and timely communication, expectations setting and the consistent delivery of quality work.
 Proactively intervene with challenging customers to avoid project disruption.
 Consult and advise customers on business processes and software modifications to meet their needs and achieve customers goals (attain ROI).
 Respectfully and professionally challenge customers with custom software requirements to achieve sustainable solutions for long term customer satisfaction.
 Ensure timely communication with customers.
 Develop relationships with customers and key leaders in the region. This includes leadership meetings, visiting key customers regularly and traveling with the project teams during key project initiatives.
 Train and develop our partners to understand our Client’s systems and applications.

Qualifications

 8-10 years of applicable experience in international project management, SaaS solutions, and software implementation.
 8-10 years of experience in directly managing middle managers and senior management across different verticals.
 5-8 years of experience overseeing financial and managerial reporting.
 Proficiency in public speaking, software demonstrations and presentations.
 Experience with application integrations, MS Excel, and other relevant data applications.
 Proven work with accounting and/or ERP systems.
 Excellent Planning and organizational skills.
 Exceptional Analytical skills, deductive reasoning ability and proven proficiency with technical environments.
 Strong decision making and problem-solving ability; can do so in challenging and high pressure environments.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication to audience.
 Exceptional customer service skills.
 Knowledge of or experience with animal agriculture and/or poultry is a bonus.
 Multilingual is a strong plus (Thai, Vietnamese or Indonesian). Must have exceptional English.
 Up to 50% of domestic and international travel. This role requires governance of multiple countries.
