Responsibilites

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
 Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the region.
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science/production or related field.
 Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in feed additives or related fields.
 Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
 Strong business sense and industry expertise.
 Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
 High level of honesty, strong self-motivation, result-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
 Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
 Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
