Position Specific Accountabilities
▪ Be member/assign team members to key customer projects
▪ Support the local Technical Manager and Sales team in planning and conducting application trials of customers
▪ Develop the use of technical & marketing program sales support materials to sales and technical teams.
▪ Be a support desk for swine program related technical and marketing questions
▪ Translate nutritional and scientific advances and best practices into solution portfolio (programs) that grow our Client’s application leadership
▪ Be accountable for the development and maintenance of the Go-to-Market strategy of selected species programs. Including the identification of (evolving) customer issues
▪ Identifying the requisite value proposition of the customer issues including quantitative KPI’s and definition of the NBA (Next Best Alternative)
▪ Identifying the gaps between value proposition of swine programs and the requisite value proposition for the identified customer segments and being stakeholder in the development of the Validation Trial Plan in close collaboration with the respective Product Manager and the Global Validation Trial Manager
▪ Improve the program knowledge level of technical (and commercial) our Client’s teams. ➔“Train the Trainer”
▪ Present research and trial results at conferences, seminars, customer meetings and internal trainings
▪ Prepare technical publications of program results and on general important technical topics related to the dedicated animal species and programs in feed magazines & peer-reviewed journals
▪ Defined sales and gross profit budget figures of the programs applied in the dedicated animal species
▪ Increased sales to Key customers

Minimum Requirements

▪ Work experience of 8-12 years as Technical (-sales) Manager or something similar in the feed
▪ industry (B to B environment)
▪ Preferably Nutritionist Study with minimum Master degree, but preferable PhD in animal
▪ (monogastric) nutrition.
▪ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
▪ Profound understanding of the technical aspects of our products
▪ Experience with scientific research methodology
▪ Technical understanding about the livestock industry (Swine)
▪ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
▪ English language on a communicative level
▪ South East Asian language skills would be beneficial
▪ Project team member experience
▪ Experience with MS Office
▪ Experience with e-mail software
