Qualifications
1.生物化学、酶学，以及饲料和动物营养领域内相关学科的博士
1. PhD in biochemistry, enzymology, or related disciplines in feed and animal nutrition.
2.有 3-5 年关于饲料和动物营养相关生物化学与酶学开发的研发经验优先
2. 3-5 years of R&D experience in biochemistry and enzymology development related to feed and animal nutrition is preferred.
3.跨部门以及跨文化工作环境下，具备与本地和全球团队良好的沟通能力
3. Strong communication skills with local and global teams in cross-departmental and crosscultural work environments.
