Responsibilites

1 贯彻执行中国公司在单胃市场的业务战略;
1. Implement the China company’s business strategy in the monogastric market.
2.根据区业务预算,确保业务目标的达成;
2. Ensure business targets are achieved based on the regional business budget;
3.管理区域客户的回款工作;
3. Manage regional customer payment collection;
4.协调其他部门及时地处理客户投诉;
4. Coordinate with other departments to handle customer complaints promptly;
5.完善年度业务计划,包括但不限于新产品的推广和现有产品的销售活动;
5. Improve the annual business plan, including but not limited to the promotion of new products and sales activities of existing products.
6.提交月度销售报告,项目的更新和预测;
6. Submit monthly sales reports, project updates, and forecasts;
7.收集客户和竞争对手情报,并分享给市场团队
7. Collect customer and competitor intelligence and share it with the marketing team;
8.根据公司业务战略优化客户结构;
8. Optimize the customer structure according to the company’s business strategy;
9.给其他职能部门提供必要的协调,包括但不限于设备方面、财务方面给以及供应量方面相关工作;
9. Provide necessary coordination to other functional departments, including but not limited to equipment, finance, and supply-related work;
10.与大客户团队紧密合作,管理区域层面的大客户业务;
10. Work closely with the key account team to manage key account business at the regional level.
11.其它由上级主管安排的相关工作事项。

Qualifications

1.本科及以上学历,动物营养学、化学、生物学、商科或相关专业,MBA 学位优先;
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2.3 年以上销售、市场或业务拓展工作经验;
2. At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
3.强大销售和渠道管理能力,保障销售 KPI 的实现。
3. Strong sales and channel management skills to ensure sales KPIs are met.
4.能够与本地管理团队的高级管理人员互动;
4. Ability to interact effectively with senior management in the local management team.
5.良好的市场智慧以及良好的客户分析能力;
5. Strong market acumen and customer analysis skills.
6.熟悉常用 IT 工具在企业中的应用,如 Excel、PPT 等;
6. Familiarity with common IT tools used in enterprises, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
7.良好的沟通技巧以及智慧;
7. Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities.
8.优秀的市场和 KA 管理能力;
8. Excellent market and key account (KA) management skills.
