Sales
Develops and maintains an efficient sales organization, according to the framework of the year plans, in order to obtain the quantitative and qualitative sales targets, Mainly responsible for the sales day old chicks sell to the farmer.
Business
year planning Sets up and implements year plan(s) for the key commercial areas, including budget, in line with the commercial strategy. Follows market developments, financial and other business objectives, in order to identify opportunities and market segments with
highest potential.
Business process/operational
improvements Participates from commercial perspective in multidisciplinary project teams on business process/operational improvement, in order to optimize the operational performance and thereby contributes to the financial performance of the company.
Strategy
Formulates the commercial strategy, consistent with the business strategy of the Company, which after approval by the General Manager, results in short and long term plans for the Country in scope.
Budget control
Stays in control of country results, takes corrective actions when necessary, and ensures adequate reporting, within corporate guidelines, to ensure that the company delivers its budget and meets KPI objectives within given scope.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree or above in animal nutrition and/or animal health.
▪ Past experience with selling products to the poultry industry in Indonesia.
▪ Ability to build and nurture relationships with key accounts, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
▪ knowledge of poultry production and also ability to travel and to build relationships and ability to work independently.
▪ At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the poultry industry in Indonesia.
▪ Fluency in Indonesian and English.

You will report to Indonesia General Manager
