Responsibilites
▪ Key Account Management with the establishment of an Account Business plan for the main accounts
▪ Fully responsible for area sales budget under direct accounts and channel partners. Will establish a strategy and will back up partners (dealers and distributors) to reach the budget goals.
▪ Product positioning and management:
– Strategic plan in the area for each product
– Selection of promotional/technical materials
– Trials follow-up support
– Training arrangements for sales teams and customers
▪ Support and organize sales visits together with local management and distributors, Regional Technical and Sales Managers, and international product managers.
▪ Coordination with Admin and Finance to ensure timely deliveries, adequate product storage, and collection from the end user.
Qualifications
▪ Work and live in Philippines
▪ Sales management experience (leading a small team).
▪ Knowledge of animal nutrition or feed additive business.
▪ English communication and strategic thinking.
▪ Motivation to join a European company.
▪ The ability to travel
▪ Experience in Sales, training, and marketing
