Responsibilites
Provide support on our product portfolio to distributor sales team.
Extensive domestic travel to support distributor activities.
Conduct product training for distributors and end users.
Coordinate, organize and participate, in trade shows with distributors and consultants.
Coordinate customers visit and online meetings, along with consultants and US based tech team.
Develop, maintain, and utilize sales tools such as CRM and Account Plans to provide accurate information of channel contacts and developments.
Coordinate region activities with other support functions within the organization such as customer service, credit, technical services, and marketing.
Coordinate research trails with the key stake holders (farms, distributors, universities & US technical team).
Manage local retained consultants, goals, objectives, actions.
New product development, launch, and follow up.
Achieve sales targets and maintain pricing structures.
Coordinate shipping of products, documentation from plants with distributors.
Work with distributors procurement team to plan, forecast & maintain sufficient stock levels in each distributor warehouse locations across Korea.
Work with US financial team and distributors to main payment terms and other credit related matters.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record (Minimum 5 years) in sales within the animal nutrition or agricultural industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition products, including feed additives, premixes, and specialty ingredients, and their application in different livestock sectors.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of dairy/swine/poultry economics, production, and nutrition.
Excellent technological, time management, presentation & communication skills.
People management, distributor management.
Able to work individually, as part of a team, and in a multinational organization.
Result and achievement driven.
Financial benchmarking and evaluation proficiency.
Understanding of product marketing and business management within the livestock feed industry.
Handle multiple priorities and work in a self-direct manner.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
Ability to collaborate to create creative solutions.
