Responsibilites
Technical Strategy & Marketing Support
▪ Develop and implement technical strategies for the swine business in Vietnam aligned with regional and global species teams.
▪ Plan and execute annual technical strategies to support key account and commercial teams in achieving business targets.
▪ Provide technical leadership and guidance to support product positioning and market development.
Customer Advisory & Technical Service:
▪ Provide technical advice and consultation to key customers, including large swine farms and integrators.
▪ Support customers in designing disease prevention and vaccination programs to improve farm productivity.
▪ Build strong relationships with farm veterinarians, technical managers, and key industry stakeholders.
Commercial Team Support:
▪ Provide technical training and guidance to commercial and marketing teams.
▪ Support the sales team in customer meetings by delivering technical presentations and solutions.
Team Leadership:
▪ Lead and manage a technical team of approximately 4 people.
▪ Mentor and develop team members to ensure high-quality technical support for customers.
Qualifications
▪ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Degree in Veterinary Science (master’s degree or MBA is an advantage)
▪ Minimum 10 years of experience in the animal health or livestock industry.
▪ Strong hands-on experience working with swine farms is required.
▪ Practical knowledge of swine diseases, vaccination programs, and farm management systems.
▪ Experience working with large swine producers or integrators is highly preferred.
▪ Strong technical knowledge of swine production and animal health products.
▪ Experience in technical marketing, product promotion, and strategy development.
▪ Strong communication and presentation skills.
▪ Ability to work closely with customers and provide high-level technical consultation.
▪ Proven leadership experience managing technical or commercial teams.
▪ Vietnamese language capability is strongly preferred.
▪ Good command of English for internal communication.
