 Working together with the R&D department in bringing old and new products to the market

 Technical training of internal and distributor sales teams

 To arrange conviction trials in China by cooperation with BD department of German HQ

 The production and writing of technical and marketing documents

 Presenting scientific and product information to key customers

 Providing technical support to the distributor network and answering to the customers questions

 Building relationships with publicity outlets such as industry journals and websites

 Organizing the technical seminar

 Good business sense and high integrity

 PhD in animal nutrition is must, overseas study background will be a plus

 Wide experience of the animal feed industry most likely with value added products application in nutrition or animal health

 Knowledge in feed formulation

 Excellent presentation and communication skills

 Willingness to travel extensively

 Previous experience of technical support or having worked in a technical environment in the feed industry will be a plus

 Essential to work in Chinese and English
