Job Objectives:
1. Provide product application solutions in monogastric animals.
2. Develop technical service tools for specific livestock products.
3. Provide technical solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support sales projects.
2. Become an industry expert in basic animal nutrition (amino acids and energy systems), antioxidants, and anti-stress.
3. Update technical materials for different livestock species, including: brochures, industry publications, technical articles, industry reports, and digital tools.
4. Train internal colleagues and external partners on company product applications and toolkits.
5. Responsible for regional animal testing.
6. Capable of providing customized services and solutions.
7. Able to collaborate with global technical teams and monitor success stories in other regions globally.
8. Able to lead and drive the execution of customer service platform projects using project management methods.
Qualifications
1. PhD in animal nutrition or related field preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience as an animal nutrition technical service manager or formulator in a feed company or integrated supply chain company, or at least 3 years of technical support service experience in an additive company.
3. Experience leading the development of technical solutions for major clients, with
successful project outcomes.
4. Strong theoretical foundation in animal nutrition.
5. Extensive problem-solving experience.
6. Systematic thinking, communication and coordination skills, and reporting abilities.
7. Compliance with local regulations, company policies, and codes of conduct in daily work.
