Responsibilites
▪ Lead and grow our Client’s feed additive sales in Vietnam.
▪ Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
▪ Build and maintain sales with existing Client’s customers.
▪ Develop opportunities with key accounts.
▪ Manage distributors and and effective direct / indirect sales strategy
▪ Meet and exceed defined sales goals and targets.
▪ Provide technical support and product expertise to customers.
▪ Work closely with the technical team to develop the market.
▪ Track and report sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Nutrition
▪ Career experience in managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and specializing in poultry nutrition feed additives, particularly enzymes and probiotics.
▪ Experience working with both distributors and direct customers.
▪ Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
▪ Track record meeting sales objectives.
▪ Experience solving customer concerns and delivering effective solutions.
