Responsibilites
1.Identify key sales opportunity for aqua categories, develop key sales project to aqua customer by direct or indirect/tandem manner, manage aqua sales pipeline, follow up sales projects with sales team to drive sales outcomes.
2.Coordinated the business relationship between direct selling and dealers to achieve business objectives.
3.Follow up the development and implementation of aquatic products business and provide suggestions on business development to line managers.
4.Look for new business opportunities and new products and develop new channels and business models.
5.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
1.Master or doctor, Major in aquatic animal nutrition, animal nutrition or life science.
2.More than 5 years’ working experience in Aqua-feed industry
3.Adapt to travel frequency
4.Rich experience in business negotiation and strong ability to coordinate public relations activities. Full of experience in Aqua feed raw materials and additives.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
6. Strong ability to work independently and team spirit.
7. Proactive, efficient, and willing to accept challenges.
8.Excellent team player and self-motivator
9.Highly result oriented, focus on customer needs including internal customer need and deliver the results on time
10.Role model of compliance in daily work according to the request in local regulation, company policies, code of conducts etc.
