Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned area.
Dealer Training and Support: Educate dealers on products and systems, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
System Dimensioning and Quoting: Assist dealers in dimensioning and quoting ventilation systems.
Customer Meetings: Support dealers during customer meetings to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to adapt strategies and product offerings as needed.
Event Participation: Represent our client at industry fairs, supporting dealers in promoting ventilation solutions.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 5–8 years as a sales manager, preferably within the agricultural industry and with ventilation systems.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a growth strategy in a relatively short period.
Customer Focus: Strong ability to develop and support dealer performance in sales and service.
Technical Proficiency: Good technical understanding and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and ideally one or two Asian languages at a professional level.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 40–60% of the time.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
