Responsibilites

1. Operational Leadership & Production Management
▪ Oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and on-time delivery
▪ Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve productivity
▪ Monitor KPIs (e.g., production output, downtime, yield, cost per unit) and implement corrective actions
▪ Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., automation, process optimization, energy efficiency)
2. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
▪ Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors
▪ Support sales & marketing teams to expand customer base and distribution channels
3. Team Leadership & People Management
▪ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20+ employees
▪ Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and drive employee engagement & retention
▪ Resolve conflicts, motivate teams, and promote a collaborative work environment
4. Financial & Cost Control
▪ Manage P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
▪ Identify cost-saving opportunities (e.g., supplier negotiations, energy optimization, inventory management)
▪ Work with finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
5. Supply Chain & Logistics
▪ Ensure timely procurement of raw materials (e.g., grains, additives, packaging) at competitive prices
▪ Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess waste
6. Quality Assurance & Compliance
▪ Ensure product quality meets industry standards (e.g., feed safety, food safety)
▪ Lead customer complaint investigations and implement corrective actions
▪ Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance
7. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
▪ Ensure workplace safety
▪ Implement sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

▪ 10+ years of experience in food/feed manufacturing, with 5+ years in leadership roles
▪ Proven track record managing factories (20–100 employees)
▪ Strong experience in production, quality control, and supply chain
▪ Familiar with standards: HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
▪ Strong financial acumen (P&L, cost control)
▪ Strong leadership & team management skills
▪ Fluent in English
Preferred:
▪ Master’s degree (Engineering, Industrial Management, MBA)
▪ Experience in Vietnam / Southeast Asia
▪ Vietnamese language ability
▪ ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
▪ Knowledge of automation / Industry 4.0
