Strategic Planning and Project Development
Project Full – Cycle Management:
Lead pre – research, site evaluation, business model design, and feasibility analysis of agricultural projects. Develop overall solutions from land planning, facility construction to operational implementation.
Coordinate resources, including land, capital, technology, and policies. Collaborate with government, partners, and supply chains to ensure timely project commissioning.
Business Model Innovation and Iteration:
Design differentiated agricultural business models based on market and policy trends, like contract farming, circular agriculture, and agri – tech integration.
Establish standardized project systems, formulate processes for planting, production, quality control, and sales, and drive scalable model expansion.
Planting Technology Integration and Operation Optimization
Planting Technology Implementation and Upgrading:
Develop and implement planting technology plans. Guide the entire process of crop variety selection, cultivation optimization, fertilization, and pest control.
Introduce smart – agriculture technologies to boost production efficiency and cut labor costs.
Technology Collaboration and R & D Management:
Collaborate with research institutes, universities, and agri – tech firms to introduce cutting – edge technologies such as pest – resistant varieties and water – saving techniques.
Build a technology – talent echelon by cultivating or recruiting planting experts and agronomists.
Operation and Team Management
Supply Chain and Cost Control:
Set up an agricultural supply chain system. Optimize input procurement, warehousing, logistics, and processing – sales for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Set annual budgets and cost – control targets. Monitor key costs like planting, labor, and equipment for refined operations.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Build and manage cross – functional teams. Establish performance – evaluation systems to enhance team effectiveness and unity.
Coordinate internal departments and external parties like farmers, cooperatives, dealers, and government departments to ensure smooth project progress.
Industry Trend Analysis and Policy – Strategy Planning
Industry Trend Analysis:
Regularly produce agricultural – industry analysis reports covering seed innovation, circular agriculture, and raw – material bases for pre – packaged foods.
Track agricultural – technology trends like biotechnology, precision agriculture, and facility – agriculture upgrades.
Build an industry – expert think tank and a university – industry – research cooperation network
Policy Interpretation and Strategy Planning:
Analyze national agricultural policies, such as rural revitalization, high – standard farmland construction, and the “Three Products and One Mark” scheme.
Lead subsidy applications and policy – benefit implementation.
Formulate 3 – to 5 – year strategic and annual business plans.
Full – Industry – Chain Management and Organizational – Capacity Building
Full – Industry – Chain Management:
Build a “farm – to – table” food – safety traceability system.
Oversee input procurement, production, processing, storage, logistics, and channel connection.
Develop value – added agricultural – processing projects like central kitchens and pre – packaged – food ingredient operations.
Organizational – Capacity Building:
Assemble a professional team covering agronomy, quality control, and supply chains.
Establish talent – cultivation mechanisms
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or above in agricultural science, horticulture, or plant protection. Familiarity with crop – planting techniques and practical field – management experience are required.
Knowledge of smart – agriculture application scenarios and experience with digital – farming -management – system implementation are preferred.
Over 15 years of agricultural – industry management experience, with end – to – end project -development experience. Preference for those with start – up, agricultural – business -transformation, or project – operation experience.
Experience in the management of agricultural divisions of well – known agricultural groups or conglomerates. Understanding of the entire agricultural – industry chain, including crop planting, harvesting, drying, storage, transportation, and trading. Experience in building large – scale farming bases from scratch.
Strong resource – integration and business – acumen skills to handle policy, natural, and market risks, and to drive project profitability.
Proficient in major crop – growth models and environment – control techniques, especially Russian soybean – planting systems.
Ability to conduct agricultural – project investment and financing analysis.
Experience in group – based multi – farm management and agricultural – park planning and operations.
Possession of government resources and passion for agriculture.
A certain level of industry prestige to quickly build a core startup team.
Basic English/Russian language proficiency and open for business travel/overseas basing.
