Responsibilites
▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with major key accounts within the territory.
▪ Identify new opportunities with existing and potential customers.
▪ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements.
▪ Collaborate with nutritionists, veterinarians, technical, and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions.
▪ Organize and conduct technical training sessions for customers.
▪ Co-develop and execute sales plans to achieve set targets.
▪ Acquire new customers proactively through direct visits, referrals, and market intelligence.
▪ Act as the primary contact for key accounts, understanding needs and providing customized solutions.
▪ Conduct regular customer visits, deliver technical support, and ensure high service levels.
▪ Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service, proactive engagement, and troubleshooting.
▪ Monitor competitive activities and optimize business opportunities
▪ Coordinate internally with management, marketing, pricing, and other stakeholders.
▪ Maintain CRM records, track call outcomes, and plan follow-up actions.
▪ Provide timely reports and market insights to management.
▪ Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution with internal support teams.
▪ Participate in sales and customer service-related projects as required.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animal Science, Veterinary, or related field
▪ Proven sales/key account management experience (animal nutrition/agriculture preferred)
▪ Strong in sales planning, negotiation, customer acquisition & relationship management
▪ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset
▪ Proficient in CRM, MS Office, with ability to analyze market trends & provide insights
▪ Self-motivated, results-driven, independent, and willing to travel regularly
