Responsibilites
▪ For delivering pre- and post-sales support by providing biological support and innovative training in Reproductive biotechnologies, all of this to help customers to work efficiently with products.
▪ For assisting in business field trials in order to convince customers to switch to our `products or to create data to support our marketing and sales teams.
▪ For a continuous support for Sales, R&D and marketing teams and in occasionally, Customer Care, Quality and Technical Service.
▪ For assisting trials in the laboratory, or in broodstock farms for R&D field trials and product validation. It also includes technical vulgarized reports, and participating in decisions about the continuation of projects. The position works closely with R&D and Marketing project Managers to validate product launches and during the different phases of a project.
▪ Provide relevant improvements or new products to Marketing and R&D.
▪ Provide accurate information and resolving customer issues promptly.
▪ Deliver trainings to customers and to collaborators.
▪ Stay informed about the market, new products and customers inquiries.
▪ Assist, conduct and/or supervise field trials in China.
▪ Ensure an excellent company’s brand image and personal safety.
▪ Contribute to the continuous improvement of field application processes.
Qualifications
▪ With a Vet, Engineer or Biomedical Master’s degree, you have at least a first successful experience in the field of swine industry or more generally in reproductive biotechnologies.
▪ Experience in troubleshooting and demonstration or equipment installation.
▪ In-depth knowledge of swine reproduction and breeding.
▪ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in R&D positions.
▪ A collaborative individual with demonstrated experience collaborating across team and with other departments.
▪ You are customer-oriented, with high skills in problem-solving.
▪ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to face customer issues.
▪ At ease with complex prioritizations and multitasking.
▪ Able to travel up to 60% mainly in China, occasionally worldwide.
▪ Fluent Mandarin and English mandatory.
