In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our animal nutrition products.
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote Our Client’s products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive effective marketing strategies. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with feed mills, distributors, and trading companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and trade shows.
Plan and execute promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, webinars, and customer events.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners to drive brand advocacy and increase market share.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to leverage best practices, share insights, and align marketing strategies across regions.
Manage a network of agencies and external partners to help bring our vision to life.
Drive sustainable sales growth and enhance customer retention through data-driven marketing initiatives and targeted customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in marketing management, preferably in the animal nutrition industry.
Strong understanding of the animal and food production market, including customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Solid knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing and social media strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Ability to work with different time zones.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Travel
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Must possess a valid passport.
Ability to travel to designated countries in Europe, Asia and the US
