Qualifications
1. Returned Ph.D. in peptide chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, and biochemistry, with a solid theoretical and experimental foundation in peptide synthesis/modification and analysis
2. Have over 5 years of experience in peptide drug development or CRO/CDMO industry, familiar with drug development processes and CRO/CDMO business models
3. Possess excellent customer communication and business development skills, able to accurately grasp customer needs and provide professional solutions
4. Possess strong project management skills/teamwork spirit, innovative thinking, and the ability to independently drive the implementation of complex R&D projects
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English, able to proficiently use English for academic and business communication
