Responsibilites
1. Team management: Responsible for the daily management of senior scientists in the R&D team, including personnel division, performance evaluation, career development planning, etc., creating a positive and efficient working atmosphere, and enhancing team delivery capabilities.
2. Project Promotion: Lead the key projects of the R&D team, such as strain modification, process improvement of difficult plasmids such as mRNA, AAV, LVV, and optimization of plasmid extraction platform process. Ensure that the project progresses smoothly according to the scheduled time, achieves research and development goals, and presents research data and progress clearly and accurately through written and oral reports.
3. Establishment of R&D conversion process: Establish a process and assessment mechanism for the smooth conversion of R&D results to the production team, ensuring that R&D results can be efficiently and stably applied to the production process, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of R&D conversion.
4. External cooperation and exhibition: On the premise of strictly complying with the company’s rules and regulations, showcase the company’s research results to the outside world, participate in patent writing, project applications, and other work to enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the industry.
5. Market and industry dynamics tracking: closely monitor the dynamic changes and latest developments in the biopharmaceutical market, keenly capture cutting-edge information, and transform it into forward-looking research and development projects, leading the company’s research and development direction closely in line with market demand, and maintaining the company’s technological leadership position.
Qualifications
- A doctoral degree in molecular biology or related disciplines, with solid professional knowledge, is the foundation for being competent in the position.
- Proficient in various molecular biology techniques, such as molecular cloning, plasmid extraction, gene editing, protein expression, etc., able to apply these techniques to solve practical problems encountered in the research and development process, and promote the smooth progress of projects.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills, with a certain level of English oral presentation ability.
- Having a self-driven work attitude, strong resilience and collaboration skills, able to prioritize multitasking projects in a fast-paced work environment, and complete R&D project deliverables on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed.
