Responsibilites

 Manage the scope and schedule for all assigned projects to meet contractual obligations and expectations of the customer.
 Build and maintain project and resource allocation plans to achieve project goals and Our Client’s revenue targets.
 Develop, plan, execute and track all project deliverables using our Client’s software applications as directed by the Team Lead.
 Develop risk mitigation plans and measures to ensure project deliverables.
 Document project requirements and test cases as needed for each project deliverable; effectively communicate development requirements to our Client’s teams.
 Train, teach and instruct customers and end users on proper use of the software.
 Host and conduct on-site or remote training sessions, troubleshooting meetings or any other session required to ensure project success.
 Consult with customers on business processes and software modifications as needed.
 Execute and deliver quality project implementations that are on time, on budget and within scope.
 Partner with our Client’s Management and Finance teams to forecast accurate revenue projections based on project milestones; ensure targets are achieved.
 Ensure timely communication with customers.
 Train and develop end users to understand our Client’s systems and applications.
 Work cross-functionally within a project team and with our Client’s other departments (development, pro services, data science, etc.).
 Identify, communicate, and solve project related risks and challenges.

Qualifications

 Four-year College degree in applicable field required.
 3-5 years of applicable experience in project management, SaaS solutions and software/systems implementation.
 Proficiency in public speaking, software demonstrations and presentations.
 Experience with application integrations, MS Excel, and other relevant data applications.
 Excellent Planning and organizational skills.
 Exceptional Analytical skills, deductive reasoning ability and proven proficiency with technical environments.
 Exceptional customer service skills.
 Knowledge of or experience with animal agriculture and/or poultry a plus.
 Proficient in English and Thai
 Up to 50% of domestic and international travel as required by project schedules.
