Responsibilites
1. Responsible for the design and implementation of protein digitization projects, ensuring the digitization and intelligence of laboratory operations;
2. Based on protein structure and expression technology, establish accurate mathematical models to predict and optimize protein expression and purification processes;
3. Participate in the optimization of relevant algorithms, build a data analysis platform, and conduct in-depth mining and analysis of protein data;
4. Utilize IoT technology to process, analyze, and visualize protein business data;
5. Collaborate with cross departmental teams to understand protein business needs and provide customized digital solutions;
6. Continuously monitor the latest developments in the industry, introduce new technologies and methods, and explore new scenarios for protein digitization applications;
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above, major in computer science, bioinformatics or related fields, with certain management experience
2.3 years of work experience in digital systems, with laboratory information technology project experience preferred;
3. Proficient in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Python, C #, C++, Java;
4. Proficient in data modeling and algorithms, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics;
5. Understand protein structure and expression process, familiar with relevant experimental techniques and methods;
6. Possess good project management skills and teamwork spirit, able to independently manage the entire process of project planning and execution.
7. Good communication and problem-solving skills, able to effectively communicate with the experimental team.
