Responsibilites
Take ownership of the regional Swine product portfolio across Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia.
Act as a hybrid Technical & Product Marketing specialist (50% Technical – 50% Marketing), bridging commercial needs and scientific development.
Provide strong technical expertise in swine nutrition, production stages, and animal health to support sales and key customers.
Lead product positioning, value proposition development, and portfolio strategy for the commercial feed segment.
Work closely with the R&D team on product development, reformulation, trial validation, and technical documentation.
Translate field feedback and market insights into portfolio optimization and new product initiatives.
Support product launches, pricing strategy input, and competitive benchmarking.
Deliver technical training and marketing materials to internal teams and external customers.
Monitor disease trends (e.g., ASF) and production challenges to align technical solutions with market demand.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Swine Nutrition, Swine Feed, Animal Health, or Commercial Feed industry
Proven experience in a technical role with exposure to product marketing or portfolio management
Hands-on experience working with commercial feed mills (B2B segment preferred)
Strong understanding of swine production systems and major disease challenges
Experience collaborating with R&D teams on product development, trials, or technical validation is highly preferred
Exposure to regional or multi-country markets within Southeast Asia is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial and marketing strategies
