Strategic planning and development of feed additive sales in line with Nuscience’s business plan and Sales Director’s instruction
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and identify competitive advantages to build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the feed additive segment
Actively develop new customers and introduce new products to existing customers
Achieve annual financial targets set by company
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned regions
Work closely with other departments and colleagues to gain supports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines (Animal Nutrition and Feed Technology, Animal Science, etc.)
Over 5 years’ experience in sales and business development in Feed Additive related industry
In-depth knowledge of Feed Additive industry including products, technologies, customers and competitions
Good customer base to start with would be desirable
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Key account management skills
Business acumen, Ability to close the deal
High integrity, Result-driven, Motivated in developing new customers
