Responsibilites
Plan, supervise and manage mechanical and electrical installations.
Analyze and solve technical issues and provide technical advice to customers.
Commissioning of ventilation systems in poultry and pig farms.
Handle and manage customer enquiries.
Training customers in the use of company’s systems via site training, seminars and webinars.
Taking part in meetings and negotiations with customers, suppliers and contractors.
Make handover, service and progress reports.
Carry out service contracts.
Identify spare parts and ensure customers get quotations.
Qualifications
You have a relevant technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or similar and experience from an equivalent job as service technician/engineer.
You have a background in agricultural, ventilation, automation or similar industries as well as a thorough technical understanding, preferably within climate solutions.
You take a structured approach and handle situations without losing focus or the general picture.
Secure high customer satisfaction, both technically and commercially, and go the extra mile to ensure the customer are confident using company’s systems.
You can work independently, have a great work capacity and feel at ease managing people on site.
You ensure timely and effective response to customers and are flexible adjusting your work hours to suit customers’ requirements.
You speak, read and write English and Japanese at a high level.
You are a competent PC user who can use various IT tools and you have a valid driving license.
