Responsibilites
▪ Providing localised technical service support to Chinese customers for products and their use, to help provide product and technical solutions to support business growth. Responsibility for all group customers in mainland China
▪ Providing technical services for the companies’ products and help provide product and technical solutions together with the PM Team Global to support and grow the Chinese business
▪ Deliver technical training to sales staff, new and current customers. Define and communicate market and customer demands to enable new products to be developed
▪ Translation and localisation of company presentations and technical resources
▪ Managing and documenting field trials
▪ Co-operation with China and Europe based staff for claims
Qualifications
▪ The ideal candidate should have at least a bachelors in a plant science related field
▪ 3 years of experience in technical services in a substrate or related position
▪ Strong plant science technical skills, Experience in plant production considered a plus
▪ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs, Salesforce
▪ Fluent oral and written Chinese and English
▪ Heavy travel required, 50% of time on average
