Build and maintain strong relationships with key businesses in Vietnam.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and local events to promote the brand and its technologies.
Train distributors, customers, and influencers to communicate the benefits of the company’s solutions effectively.
Monitor market trends and competition, analyze customer needs, and provide accurate forecasts.
Generate, follow up on, and develop new sales opportunities.
Report and share relevant market information, including updating CRM with necessary details.
Support local trials by collaborating with universities, feed companies, and farms to demonstrate product benefits.
Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners such as governments, universities, research centers, and technical teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field (or equivalent).
Solid knowledge of technical and production systems.
Background in animal health or animal nutrition is advantageous.
5-7 years of relevant sales experience in the Vietnam market.
Bilingual proficiency (including English).
Demonstrates leadership, creativity, and autonomy.
Specific Requirements:
Strong The role is remote and home-office-based in District 1.
Work closely with the regional manager and team members across the region.
Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends as required for international collaborations.
