Responsibilites
▪ Develop and execute the sales plan for swine, aqua, and poultry segments in Central & South China.
▪ Identify, qualify, and onboard new distributors and direct clients.
▪ Manage new distributors performance through structured reviews, pipeline tracking, and pricing discipline.
▪ Identification of niche markets where can be competitive locally
▪ Promote product portfolio (gut health, feed safety, palatability and organic minerals) with technical and economic value arguments.
▪ Support on the registration of new products
▪ Coordinate with Technical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure product registration, trials, and promotional activities are aligned.
▪ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform regional strategy.
▪ Report sales activity, forecasts, and progress using company CRM and standard tools.
▪ Report pricing of competitors
Qualifications
Education & Technical Background
▪ Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Aquaculture, or Feed Technology.
▪ Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in animal nutrition or feed additives.
▪ Solid understanding of swine and/or aquaculture feed formulation, farm management practices, and local distribution models.
▪ Experience with poultry is a plus
Experience
▪ Proven track record in developing new business and managing distributors across multiple provinces.
▪ Strong network in swine integrators, feed mills, and distributors in Central and/or South China.
▪ Experience launching or introducing value-added nutritional additives preferred.
▪ Comfortable working in a multinational environment with remote management.
