Responsibilites

 Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in East India within poultry and pig segments.
 Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
 Provide technical advice and deliver customized solutions aligned with customer needs and market requirements.
 Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, exhibitions, and industry events.
 Lead customer meetings and negotiations to secure contracts and drive sales performance.
 Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or related field.
 Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or technical sales within agriculture, livestock, or related industries.
 Strong technical understanding, preferably in farm or climate solutions.
 Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
 Fluent in English and local Indian languages.
 Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).
